Hello,

I do not always go out of my ways to write reviews but this company really is a 5 star company. Being in the moving business myself and dealing with customers hands on, I must say this company has an amazing standard of customer service. The maintenance team took great care of me! Realtors were on point and I will hope to work with them further again into the future!

Would of rated 5 stars if our initial move in process with Rick was smoother and he wasn’t worried about going on vacation while we was moving from 11 hours away with 2 uhauls and a 3 month old. More compassion should of been shown.

Other than that, everyone else have been fairly okay. I like that maintenance requests are executed quickly and they get people out as fast as they can. I would recommend them. The portal is great

Even though my time was short with Invest Pro, I enjoyed my experience with them. JC Chavez and Lisa are so nice, kind and helpful. I found them through a rental ad for a home. Mr. Chavez was very accommodating and made me the best video of the home as I lived 4 hours away when I found the home they managed online., I couldn't view the home the day I found it, due to the distance. So JC went to the home and made me a beautiful 6 minute video. It was perfect. The whole transaction and transition with Invest Pro went smoothly and with my move. I was unhappy a few things weren't done before move-in date but that was because the owner of the property was not very accommodating and listening to them. To no fault of Invest Pro. Sadly, two weeks after I moved in the owner decided to leave IP and get me a new management company. I've since met the owner of the home and can see the difficulties they had. I now have an extremely unprofessional management company and it's been horrendous. I have needed Lisa's help with some issues even after they do not deal with the owner anymore and they have been nothing but nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Invest Pro and wish I still had them as my management company...
