The 2014 renovated kitchen includes fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker as well as a dishwasher and garbage disposal. You may also use our griddle, crockpot, blender and quesadilla maker to make your stay more pleasant. When you’re not in the mood to cook, grab dinner at our favorite restaurant, “Captain Curt’s” and tell Brad that the Greer’s sent you. You can also visit the brand new Daiquiri Deck located right next to Captain Curt’s. For time you want to spend outside, but out of the sun – enjoy your morning coffee, paper or evening cocktail on the fully screened in lanai. Villa D13 has always been, and will always be, a smoke free unit. For those who visit during the winter holiday season, a decorated Christmas tree can be requested. This way Santa will be sure to find you. Lastly, but surely not least, the white, powdery flour like sand of Siesta Key is just over a minute’s walk away from our front door. If you’re not in the mood for salt water, a leisurely dip in the complex’s large pool awaits you. We have a new outside shower that can be used after your outing.
